Type I 1953 VW Oval Ragtop
Available with driver
One of only 3 ovals in Singapore. During this period in 1953, the rear windscreen of the VW Beetle lost the "bar" in the center and as a result, has been referred to as the "oval". Arguably, the oval beetle is perceived to represent the peak in quality of manufacture: for example, the design, grade and thickness of steel for the bodyshell was of the highest quality. |
